He has worked globally on projects across the public and private sector with several agencies, including IDEO, TPX Impact(formerly Futuregov), and Doblin/Deloitte. He has also led design, research and innovation projects in-house at Tesco, one of the world’s biggest retailers.
Through his company, Sensemake, Kevan helps teams ask the right questions, understand their customers better, and uncover what their products or services should address first.
